1. What is Live Odyssey?

Live Odyssey is a unique live music event like no other. It offers an immersive experience through British music history, celebrating British music icons from different generations.

3. Is seating available at Live Odyssey?

No seating inside the venue but you can enjoy our seating on the deck outside before and after the experience .
 

4. What is the age policy for entry?

Live Odyssey welcomes guests of all ages. Evening performances are restricted to 14+

 

5. I have booked the wrong date, what can I do?

You can change the date and time of your tickets (subject to availability and matching ticket type) from the My Tickets and View Order page of your Universe account.

 

6. Are tickets available on the door?

Yes, tickets can be purchased on the door; however, tickets are subject to availability, and guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance.

 

7. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

If you would like to transfer the ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Universe account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once a ticket has been transferred, this cannot be undone.

 

8. I can't find my tickets, what can I do?

If you cannot find your tickets, first check your email for the confirmation sent immediately after booking. If you still are not able to find your tickets in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder, or any alternative email addresses you may have used. Tickets are sent from tickets@universe.com. You can also access your tickets by logging into your Universe account.

 

9. Do I need to print my ticket?

We can scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so please save the paper and ink and don't print your ticket unless you have to.

 

10. Do you offer a discount for children?

Discounted tickets are available for children aged up to 14. 

 

11. Do you offer group tickets?

For group bookings of 25 or more people, please email info@liveodyssey.co.uk

 

12. How long is the Live Odyssey experience?

The full walkthrough experience lasts approximately 2 and a half hours, allowing time to explore each room and enjoy the live performances.

 

13. Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available in cases of event cancellation. Please check Ticketmaster’s policies on transferring tickets if you are unable to attend.

 

14. What are the venue’s hours of operation?

Live Odyssey opens for scheduled performances. We recommend checking your ticket for specific entry times.

 

15. Is there parking nearby?

Camden Market offers limited parking options, so we recommend using public transport. The venue is easily accessible via Camden Town and Chalk Farm Underground stations as well as many bus routes.

 

16. Are there any food and drink options?

Yes, bars are located between the rooms, offering a selection of beverages. THERE ARE NO FOOD OPTIONS PRESENTLY AVAILABLE ON SITE, HOWEVER, Camden Market has a variety of food vendors nearby.

 

17. What items are prohibited at Live Odyssey?

Prohibited items include outside food and drinks. 

 

18. Is Live Odyssey accessible for disabled guests?

THERE IS CURRENTLY no wheelchair access due to the grade 2 listed building regulations

19. Do you offer tickets for Carers?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one Complimentary Companion ticket. Proof of disability will be required upon entry. A Complimentary Companion ticket can only be booked with at least one paid entry ticket. 

Required proof of entitlement:

Letter/notice of entitlement for Disability Living Allowance, Blue Parking Badge, DID or Access Card, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Freedom Pass, letter from a medical professional, any international equivalent.

20. Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do not offer gift vouchers at this time.

21. What time should I arrive for my scheduled session?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. 

 

22. Do you accept cash?

Live Odyssey does not ACCEPT cash for purchase transactions on site. All payments are made via credit or debit card.

 

23. Are pets allowed?

We love our furry friends; however, pets are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.

 

24. Will there be merchandise for sale?

Of course! The Live Odyssey Store will be open to all ticketed guests. 

 

25. Will restrooms be available on site?

CURRENTLY, no restrooms due to grade 2 listed building regulations. However, there are many public toilets within a very short distance on neighbouring buildings.

 

26. Is there somewhere to store luggage?

We do not have luggage storage at Live Odyssey.

 

27. Are guide and assistance dogs allowed?

Yes, Guide and Assistance dogs are allowed at Live Odyssey.
